24-7 Mobile Notary Services was started in 2003 by Thomas Gallagher, a licensed notary public and mortgage loan officer in the state of California.
The company began as a independent loan doc signing service for local brokers and title companies, but quickly expanded to offer service for attorneys, retirement homes, business managers and celebrities.
In 2014, Thomas added Lisa Lord as executive manager to maintain and expand the business. Lisa adds the exceptional customer service and vast knowledge of notary practices that our customers rely on. She has grown 24-7 MNS into an exclusive network of established Los Angles notaries ready to assist our new and existing customers.
